       Our problem does not lie in the will of the citizens to throw garbage in the streets, but The problem lies in the lack of knowledge of citizens to places of baskets and the presence of a lot of baskets filled with rubbish because the government doesn’t know the selected time that the basket will be full.  

 

    So We think of designing system to solve this problem. This system consists of three segments: 

First, the basket contains an electronic chip that sends signals to other two segments (users, government).


   The person can receive this signals on his mobile by mobile application that helps him to find baskets easily and also this application can help you to know if these baskets full or not.

On other side, government can get the places of full baskets In order to work on emptying baskets as soon as possible.

Scenario:The actor is: user (who wants to throw garbage) and the government (who wants to make baskets empty in the suitable time).

The user initiates the scenario by:

Open the mobile application.Search for the nearest and empty baskets.If everything goes smoothly,he found the suitable basket and threw his garbage.

Precondition that motivate the user (throw garbage).

Precondition that motivate the government (make baskets empty).

Postcondition of user: (get out of garbage).

Postcondition of government : (finding the places of full Baskets).

Alternative path through the use case:The basket is broken out.The basket is full.

Scenario when basket is broken out:Government receives message from this basket.Government sends specialists people to fix the basket.Precondition : fixing the basket.Postcondition : the basket be fixed. Scenario when basket is full:Open the mobile application.Search for the nearest and empty baskets.the user found the basket place but the basket is full.The search for the suitable basket should clarify if the basket is full or not.

Precondition : want to get suitable basket.

Postcondition : finding suitable basket.
